Our friendly staff is the Club’s trademark. Our entire staff is eager to please the membership and is focused on friendliness and hospitality in a club that gets to know its members as they get to know one another.

Michele Shoan -- Owner

Michele Shoan has owned the Troy Racquet Club, LLC. since 2018. Michele is an avid tennis player, and plays on numerous leagues, clinics, and USTA teams. Michele is a SVP Director of Finance at Universal McCann. She is responsible for upgrading technology at the club, promoting additional programs and services, overseeing the installation of brand new high efficiency Arizona air structures, and overseeing the remodeling of the Office areas and Nursery area in 2022.

Kathy Del Dotto – Club Manager

Kathy has managed the Club for over 25 years. She is an avid tennis player and lesson taker, and also serves as the current Director of the Suburban Tennis League, an association of clubs playing regular competitive matches against each other via travel teams.

Jennie Notarantonio - Daytime Desk Supervisor & Suburban Coordinator

Jennie is one of our Daytime Desk Supervisors during the week and also coordinates our team and inter-club Suburban matches. She's worked at TRC for 18 years (20 years as a member).

Nancy Hingst - TRC Academy Lesson Coordinator

Nancy has been a member of TRC for over 20 years participating in many different leagues, drills and teams. She is starting her 8th year as the TRC Academy Lesson Coordinator this season. For lesson information, she can be reached at 248-860-6775.

Cindy Gulis -- Evening and Daytime Desk Supervisor & League Coordinator

Cindy has been a member of TRC for over 20 years, and has been part of our Desk Staff for over 12 years. She is in charge of all of our Troy Racquet Club In-House leagues for men and women.
